WMS Recruitment was established in 2004 and is a new generation fully regulated and licensed recruitment agency, supplying in excess of 800 personnel to agricultural, horticultural, manufacturing and cleaning companies across Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Cornwall. With a current growth rate of 18% year-on-year WMS Recruitment is proud to be a market leader within our industry.

We recognise that todays modern companies cannot afford to sustain a permanent unskilled or semi-skilled workforce which is only fully utilised up to 6 or 8 months of the year. Payment of sick pay, holidays and overtime during busy periods can remove the competitive edge of any such company in todays market place.

Here at WMS Recruitment we take full responsibility for our workers welfare, including a uniform, sick pay and 28 days holiday per year and we also ensure they have work throughout the whole year via multiple assignments. We operate 24 hours a day, 364 days a year, to ensure our clients needs are fully met and our fleet of over 50 modern 9 seat Ford transit vans, all fully serviced and fitted with seat belts, manage transportation to client sites.

Approximately 15% of our workers are fluent in English Language and a further 20% have a basic understanding and we support our fluent workers in taking team-leader roles to support our clients own supervisory staff.

There are no hidden charges at WMS Recruitment either for our workforce or our clients. We operate a full transparency culture to ensure both our clients confidence and loyalty.

WMS take full responsibility when ensuring the welfare of our workers. This includes cursory checks on letting agents & landlords who supply accommodation to our workers ensuring they are neither over crowded or paying to much.

We also issue uniforms consisting of jackets, shirts and hats and where necessary wet weather gear for outdoor work as required.
Fridaybridge Camp WMS Recruitment Cornwall

In June 2011, we took the bold step of purchasing Fridaybridge International Farm Camp, to create a head office, combined with a 12 acre site with purpose-built accommodation for up to 400 workers. This bespoke site sets us apart from our competitors, attracting reliable workers with our state-of-the-art facilities, including a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, football pitch, barbecue area, club and bar, and a shop.

All residents also benefit from complimentary WiFi, as well as access to our common room and cooking facilities. All this for a weekly rent inclusive of all bills.

With our new office based in Newquay in Cornwall, WMS Recruitment is now supplying temporary workers throughout the year to customers in this region.

Jobs include cutting of brassica crops; potato planting and grading; maintenance support of grain silos; strawberry picking; and daffodil and flower harvesting and processing for supermarkets.
